Quick answer: Two open bugs on NC's official list: ①after earning the Vanguard of Atreia title (Founder's Pack Standard tier), the title menu wrongly displays "Shaper of Heavens"; ②opening the Duty tab on the Map before level 45 locks Duties until the next day — avoid the tab until 45. Is the Vanguard of Atreia title bug permanent? No — it is a display bug (the menu shows the wrong name); NC lists it as under investigation. The title itself is earned correctly.
Why are my Duties locked? If you opened the Duty tab on the Map before level 45, Duties lock until the following day — the official workaround is not touching that tab until 45.
