AION 2 Class Finder

Answer three quick questions — role, combat range and playstyle — and the finder narrows all eight AION 2 launch classes down to your matches, each linking to a full class breakdown. Official facts and community-level tags are kept visually separate: the roster is official, the fit tags are pre-launch community reads that we re-verify from September 30.

What to do with your results

How the data works

  • Official layer 🟢 — the eight-class count and the game's PC-only platform facts come straight from NC's official channels (Steam news, official FAQ, store page), captured 2026-09-18.
  • Community layer 🟡 — the named roster (Gladiator through Chanter), role/range/playstyle tags and all fit commentary are community-level pre-launch reads, from tester videos and multiple consistent outlets; every class page carries the same label.
  • Not covered yet — skill coefficients, DPS meters and per-class builds. These pages appear only after Advanced Access (September 30) gives us verifiable numbers.

Class Finder FAQ

How does the AION 2 class finder work?

Pick the role (damage, tank, healer, support), combat range (melee or ranged) and playstyle you want. Every combination filters the eight launch classes instantly. Each result links to a full class page with its fit, strengths and caveats.

Where does the class data come from?

The eight-class roster is official — NC's "Gameplay Spotlight: Classes" states "Eight classes. One battlefield." Role, range and playstyle tags are community-level pre-launch tags from tester coverage, labeled 🟡 and kept visually separate from official facts. We re-verify after Advanced Access opens September 30, 2026.

Why are there no damage or tier ratings?

Because none exist yet that we can verify. The game is not launched — publishing invented DPS numbers or tier ranks would break our source-tag rules. Damage metrics and a tier view are added only after we can test in Advanced Access / at launch.

This tool is an unofficial fan project and is not affiliated with NC (NCSoft). Class tags are pre-launch community reads shown as published at the snapshot date; in-game realities may differ at launch.
